The Problem
Small orders from far away eat your profit. A $12 order with a $9 delivery fee still costs you in gas and time. Customers get surprised at checkout and abandon, or worse, they pay and you lose money on the run.
A bakery, a plumber supply store, or a local grocery gets orders from outside their normal area. Without clear rules, you end up saying no after the order is placed, or you eat the cost to keep the customer happy.
How It Works
You draw your delivery zones on a map and set a fee and a minimum order for each one. A customer in Zone A sees $4.99 delivery with a $25 minimum. A customer in Zone B sees $9.99 delivery with a $40 minimum.
If the cart is too small or the address is outside your zones, checkout stops with a clear message. No payment is taken. Stale carts that are left unconfirmed auto-cancel after a set time, so stock is released and your team is not chasing ghosts.
What It Means for You
You protect margins without talking to every customer. The rules run at checkout, so your drivers only get profitable runs and your kitchen only gets orders that make sense.
Customers get clarity up front. They know the fee and the minimum before they pay, which means fewer surprises, fewer refunds, and more completed orders that you actually want.
Getting Started
We build the ordering into your site and set up your zones, fees, and minimums with you. You can change them anytime as gas prices or demand shifts.
It works with your existing products and menus. Orders can come from your website, chat, or voice, and the same rules apply everywhere.
