From the call to the check. Quotes to reviews, done for you.
Your AI drafts the quote, the customer approves it online, the job lands on your calendar, the invoice gets paid by card, and the review request goes out — all included in the plan. You approve things from your phone.
The loop every service business runs
Quote. Job. Schedule. Invoice. Payment. Review. If you do work for people, that is your week — and most of it is paperwork that eats your evenings. Field-service apps will sell you that loop, per seat, with the useful parts held back for add-on fees.
Here the loop is part of the platform, included in your plan, and your AI does the typing. You approve things from your phone. The rest happens.
The quote writes itself from the call
A customer calls at 8pm. The call is captured — by your AI receptionist, your website voice agent, or a chat thread. The next morning you say: "draft a quote for the Chen furnace job from yesterday's call." The assistant reads the transcript and proposes a line-item quote — services, materials, quantities, prices, tax, and a valid-until date.
You edit a price if you want, hit approve, and it goes out. Nobody in the market closes the distance from a phone call to a sent quote like this.
Quotes customers approve in one tap
The customer gets a link that opens a clean, mobile-first page — no account, no app, no "let me print that." They see the line items, pick between your good-better-best options with the total updating live, sign by typing their name, and approve. Or they hit "Request changes" and type what they need — their note lands back with you.
- Good-better-best optional lines with a live total
- Typed-name signature — legally binding, zero friction
- "Request changes" writes straight back to you
- Viewed-tracking — you know the moment they opened it, and whether they've sat on it
Approved quote → job on the board
When the customer approves, the job creates itself. It lands on your Jobs board — Scheduled, En Route, In Progress, Done, Invoiced, Paid — and drags across stages like any kanban you've used.
Because the job is a real card, everything you'd expect is already there: checklists, comments, before-and-after photos, time tracking, and a client-facing status portal your customer can open without a login.
Scheduling that takes seconds
A day and week calendar you drag visits onto. Color-coded by tech, filterable, with real time windows. One job can have as many visits as it needs — a two-day job is just two visits. Change the time or the tech and the customer is notified of the new plan automatically.
Your tech's day, on any phone
Techs don't need an app or training. They open My Day on their phone: today's visits, the address, the job details. Three buttons run the day — Start, On My Way, Finish. Each tap tells the customer what's happening: booked, on my way, finished. Photos and notes attach to the visit as they go.
- Today's visits with addresses and details, one tap to navigate
- Start / On My Way / Finish — each one notifies the customer
- Before-and-after photos captured from the field
- Notes attached to the job — "what did Mike find at the Chen job?" is answerable
Invoices that collect themselves
Say "invoice the Chen job." The invoice is pre-filled from the quote or the job — line items, tax, the lot — numbered your way. The customer gets a link to a payment page: no login, pay by card, leave a tip, get a receipt. Payment runs through your own Stripe account, so the money lands in your account directly.
Unpaid invoices don't rely on your memory. Automatic reminders go out on day 3, day 7, and day 14 — each one something you can switch off for any customer with one click. Quote deposits collect the same way at approval.
The review request goes out on its own
When the job is done — or the invoice is paid — the AI drafts the review request for your approval and sends it with your Google review link. Reviews are where this category nickel-and-dimes you: the big field-service apps charge monthly add-on fees for exactly this feature.
It's included here. So is everything else on this page.
Run the whole thing by talking
Every piece of this module works through conversation with your AI assistant, from the pool or from the truck:
- "What's on today?" — the morning briefing with addresses
- "Has Sarah viewed the quote?" — yes, opened at 2:14pm
- "Which invoices are unpaid?" — the list, with ages
- "Move the Chen job to Thursday morning" — rescheduled, customer notified
- "Draft a quote for yesterday's call" — line items ready for approval
Included in your plan. No per-seat pricing. No add-on fees for reviews, e-signature, or the pipeline. The quote-to-review loop, the website, the content engine, and the CRM — one price. See the pricing
